I was at home right after school while my mum and I was watching Travel & Living channel. We were watching this programme that puts culinary test to the limit. My mum told me that what they cook is easy to make. Especially the dessert. And of course, people who know me quite well, i'll pester my mum saying "if its so easy, why don't you make for today's dessert. Or you just say easy but you don't know?" Thats my all time trick to ask my mum to cook something i never tried before!



So my mum accept the challenge and asked me to buy ice-cream for her to go with the Baked Cream Top. Its really simple to make and taste like candy floss. The top is the oven baked cream which is so sweet that you might have to cut your leg when your older (Diabetes).

Both of us eat the dessert with no interuption from my small brother whose still in school. In your face BROTHER! Well guys, i'm gonna finish up the ice cream before my brother have a chance to eat them too.
